When will I receive my order?

We process and dispatch your olive oil as soon as possible via bpost. Typically, delivery takes 1 to 2 business days depending on your location.

How can I check the status of my order?  

Once we have shipped your order we'll send you an email with a tracking link. If you don't see our emails, be sure to check your spam folder. 

Can I change my shipping address?

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please reach out to us as soon as possible via email or contact form. We can accommodate address changes as long as your order has not yet been packed.

Do you ship to my country?

Currently we ship only in Belgium or Netherlands. However, if you are interested in delivery to a neighboring country, please contact us.

Can I return a product?

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
